Most shops in Pakistan still run on a register and a khata book. Qubetex keeps that habit and takes the hard part away: every sale lands in the right customer's khata by itself, stock goes down as you bill, and at night you see exactly what you earned, not just what you sold.
It speaks the language of the counter: Urdu and Roman Urdu screens, local units like pao, darjan and gaz, cartons that open into pieces, wholesale and retail prices on the same item, and WhatsApp reminders for udhar. Registered retailers can send invoices to FBR straight from the sale.
What Qubetex does for your shop
Scan a barcode or search by name, take cash or card, and print on a 58mm or 80mm thermal printer (Bluetooth, USB or network).
Every sale, purchase and return moves stock by itself. Low-stock alerts, batches and expiry dates, and stock value whenever you ask.
Each customer has an account: what they bought, what they paid, what is still due. You can send them a reminder too. you can send them.
Each branch keeps its own stock, staff and till. The owner sees every branch, together or one at a time.

Does it work without internet?
It is online software, but if the connection drops the Android app and the web POS keep billing and upload the sales when you are back online.
Is FBR integration included?
Yes, for registered retailers: invoices go to FBR digital invoicing and the receipt carries the FBR invoice number and QR code.
Can I keep customer khata (udhar)?
Yes. Every customer and supplier has a ledger with balance, payments and WhatsApp reminders.
Can I sell in cartons and pieces?
Yes. Set a carton as, say, 24 pieces with its own price; stock always counts in pieces.
Can my staff use it without seeing my profit?
Yes. You choose which screens each staff member sees, and cost price and profit can be hidden.
How do I pay for the package?
